Hutchinson's Innovation Camp: Together, Let's Develop Innovation!

At Hutchinson, we strongly believe that "Alone, we go faster; TOGETHER, we go further!" Our Innovation Camp offered a tremendous opportunity to develop collective intelligence and generate great projects. This year, colleagues from Europe, the Americas, and Asia joined forces to explore and accelerate new business opportunities around key themes.

This 5-month program, running from February to July, enabled our teams to innovate and launch new businesses. Trained and coached by external experts, participants operated in start-up mode, developing their talents and intrapreneurial spirit. Organized into 3 multidisciplinary and diverse groups (gender, nationality, job profiles, ages), the teams conducted in-depth investigations, concluding with a final pitch to management.

We are delighted with the successful completion of this ambitious intrapreneurial adventure!
