Hutchinson and Dynamatic Technologies join forces to support the rise of India’s aerospace industry

Hutchinson and Dynamatic Technologies Limited announce the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) aimed at supporting the strong growth of India’s aerospace market. Through this strategic cooperation, the two groups intend to combine their complementary expertise to meet the growing expectations of global aircraft manufacturers operating in the region. 

Complementary industrial expertise serving aerospace manufacturers 

This cooperation is built on the combination of two recognized industrial skill sets. Hutchinson brings its expertise in advanced composite systems and multi‑material solutions, while Dynamatic Technologies Limited contributes its capabilities in metallic aerostructures and complex assemblies. Together, the two groups aim to support the ramp‑up of aircraft programs and address the needs of a rapidly expanding Indian market. 

A first concrete step in the collaboration 

This collaboration is already taking shape through reciprocal industrial commitments. Dynamatic Technologies will entrust Hutchinson with an initial composite parts program, while Hutchinson will award Dynamatic a first multi‑year contract for metallic parts. These initial work packages mark a structuring step in the implementation of the cooperation between the two groups.

Through this collaboration, Hutchinson and Dynamatic Technologies aim to strengthen industrial competitiveness from India and actively contribute to the development of a local aerospace ecosystem capable of meeting the most demanding international standards.
