Hutchinson welcomes over 130 new talents to the group

Reading time: 1 minute

Hutchinson recently organized three integration sessions to welcome its new cohort of apprentices and interns. The events took place at two key locations: one session at our manufacturing site in Château Gontier and the other two at the 507 Fab House and the group's Research and Innovation Centre in Chalette sur loing. In total, over 130 apprentices and interns were onboarded.

A strategic investment

These young talents represent an important pool of future candidates for the group. The objective is to offer them a comprehensive overview of Hutchinson that goes beyond the boundaries of their sites, divisions, or activities. This allows them to better understand our business, our organization, our ambitions, and our mindsets.

An immersive program

The content of the sessions was rich and varied. Participants attended a global presentation of the group, took part in interactive workshops, and heard inspiring testimonials from former apprentices.

At the 507 Fabhouse, the program included a visit to the Research and Innovation Centre, a discovery of the large product display, and, new this year, production workshops.

At Château Gontier, the integration was completed with a visit to the production site and the distribution centre.

By offering a complete integration experience, Hutchinson confirms its strategy of investing in the training and development of the young talents.
