I am a Career and International Mobility Manager at Hutchinson. I run the Executive Career Management Department with several areas of expertise: recruitment, integration, employment and skills, work contract and compensation, international mobility, IVB management, etc.
Hutchinson has a presence in 24 countries! This international dimension is a great asset and allows us to offer excellent expatriation opportunities to our employees, and very rewarding IVB experiences.

Open Innovation Director
Working at Open Innovation is about discovering and being attentive all the time! I have to be aware globally of innovations and new trends, but must also be able to remove obstacles to change, one at a time. Having organisational skills and a good relationship with employees obviously helps me to motivate our employees and bring them on board!
I’m Open Innovation Director. This involves expanding our innovation capabilities through various initiatives such as intrapreneurship programmes or “learning by doing” trainings. Thus, I am looking for new business opportunities that border our current markets by using Design Thinking. In order to get a very dynamic and motivating approach, it often requires dealing with inspiring events like challenges. Our “openness” approach is also intending to expand our range of external partners by formalizing our relationships with start-ups, for example.
I set up and deploy Open Innovation programmes with a disruptive spirit in which many employees enjoy participating!
I’d say creating new business opportunities and good synergies between group activities. Open Innovation greatly favours openminded spirit and transversality and, more broadly, openness to the world around us. A very stimulating environment for current and future employees!
With its 43,000 employees, Hutchinson is a large group but organisation in business units with very diverse activities often provides a high degree of autonomy built on a human scale! It's very exciting because the diversity of our products, markets and trades is impressive and almost limitless!

Business Unit Manager
As of September 2018, I have been a Business Unit Manager for High Pressure in Extrema, Brazil, but I have worked in Hutchinson Brazil since 2007 in many departments. Making it twelve years of great experiences!
I oversee the Production operations that represents around 170 people! Of course, it requires dynamic actions to solve small issues to keep continuous improvement and deliver good products with quality to the final customer. And finally, I keep encouraging the team to propose new ideas for production improvements every day!
Take quick decisions with a special focus on good results, in short and medium time!

Digital transformation manager

I am the Digital transformation manager. I define and share the digital roadmap with Hutchinson's Operational and Functional Departments. My role also involves facilitating the spread of digital initiatives and speeding up adoption of good practice within the company.
