Employees develop an innovation linked to one of the Group’s flagship themes*. The jury of experts and Hutchinson’s management give an Award to the team which has presented the best solution.
The teams are challenged to find solutions to a problem. Employees play an active part by liking and commenting on their colleagues’ ideas!
The collaborative approach of Design Thinking to create new business concepts or internal concepts. Employees have six months to build and present their ideas, business model and proof of concept.
An idea for an innovative product or service which is close to their heart? Employees present their idea to the jury and try to become an intrapreneur
