Hutchinson driving electric mobility at the Battery Show Europe 2025

From June 3 to 5, 2025, in Stuttgart (Germany), Hutchinson played an active role in the Battery Show Europe, Europe's largest trade fair dedicated to electrification. We presented our latest advances for shaping the future of mobility in the automotive, aerospace and industrial sectors.

Our teams highlighted our expertise in three key areas of electrification:

We unveiled a range of innovative solutions, each of which has been designed to meet specific electrification challenges:

• The conductive ring is engineered to protect bearings against leakage currents, while extending the lifespan of electric motors and ensuring easier integration through its compact design.
• Our new rotor concept for axial flux motors, which is made from continuous fiber composite, sets new standards in weight reduction and performance.
• The R290-compatible integrated refrigerant module improves the system’s thermal management.
• The halogen-free fire-resistant UL94-V0 EPDM is specially designed to seal the battery pack of electric vehicles.
